Global approach

Global approach

All too often, the overall approach is absent in the minds of managers embarking on a progress-oriented approach. They rush their organization into using tools in different parts of the company by entrusting them to a few designated « experts Â»And they wait« for the eggs behind the hen. But the number of eggs laid within the allotted time is not up to expectations or the level of necessity, and a number of eggs are broken before they reach the table. Then the manager of a large group will eventually leave his position to his successor, and the boss of a small business will put the key under the door or give up the effort.

The holistic approach means that the function-based approach is based on the customer orientation. Each function (such as a team member) plays its full role in satisfying internal and external customers and contributing to the company’s goal. The holistic approach requires the CEO and the management team to have not only an overview but also a detailed knowledge of the processes.
